Hilary admits weight obsession, US Weekly makes us feel fat

Following in the footsteps of Sports Illustrated, celebrity tabloid US Weekly will feature their first annual swimsuit issue this week. Of course it's the summer time, and everyone whether you are a celebrity or not has been working hard to look good in their bikini. What better way to make us feel inadequate than show us the hot bods of the rich and famous? Right on US Weekly!

The issue will feature a cover with former teen queen Hilary Duff and an 18 Page Bonus of Beach Body Makeovers. Warning, this is going to be a rant... Don't we see enough pictures of celebrities in bathing suits as it is during the summer? I mean seriously, pick up a copy from any of the past 4 weeks, and there are at least 3 celebrities frolicking in the water or soaking up the sun. Did that many people really "makeover" their body for when the paparazzi spot them on the beach? Anyway, US Weekly, you bore me.
Hilary's body has been all over the magazines lately. First on the cover of Shape, she reveals how she has remained to fall into the skinny craze by relying on her own common sense, filling up on lots of greens, lean protein and fresh fruit.

In 2005, the Duffster dropped down to 100 lbs (she is 5-foot-2) drawing similarities to Nicole Richie and Lindsay Lohan, who at that time were the scary skinny young women of Hollywood. Hill admits, "It made me obsessed... I would beat myself up if I had some fat." She talks about what drove her to exercise excessively and hard core diet in the article. She says she was being too stict and didn't want people to say, "Oh my god, she's lost a lot of weight."

PS. I read if your addicted to Perez Hilton, you probably already know that Posh Spice came into his office, or lack there of, the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, and sat and had a talk with him. She invited him to be on her new reality show. Often the center of critisism on his blog, Posh wanted to answer any questions he may have had. Perez says he gave her a cookie but she would NOT eat it. He admits he thought she would at least take a bite but she would not! Imagine the life of no cookies or even a single bite :( It makes me sad just thinking about it.
