iBreath iPhone App, good idea?

There is a new device you put onto your iPhone called the iBreath. Guess what is does? It's a breathalyzer that you plug into your iPhone without batteries and it doubles as an FM transmitter for only $79. Do you think this will curb dui's or do you think it will encourage college kids to see how much more they can drink than their buddies?
