Calorie Free Sweetner Will Make You Fat! Ahhhhh

According to a NEW (Really? Is this new? I think I heard this a few years back but anyway) study, a popular artificial sweetener may cause you to gain weight! Saccharin the key ingrediant in Sweet'n'low apparently caused mice to eat more and gain weight. This is not news to the Diet Diva. I use splenda, but there have been studies that say splenda has a similar side effect. Apparently when we think we are eating something low in calories we go and eat something else because we, well, we can. This was recently released in another study when it turned out people were consuming more calories when they ate at Subway than good old McDonalds!

The environment too plays a role in the causes of obesity. The family home is an important place to learn about proper nutrition and enough physical activity. Attitudes, Habits, and beliefs about food selection and how to spend family leisure time are critical factors to forming a healthy relationship with food. Children spend a lot of time in school, their food choices at school become important and it was influenced by the school eating environment. http://www.phentermine-effects.com
