"Anna Nicole Smith's last lawsuit has finally been put to rest.
TMZ has learned that the company that makes TrimSpa, the diet product that Anna Nicole Smith so famously pimped and then infamously dissed in favor of Slim-Fast, has settled a class action lawsuit over allegations of false and misleading advertising. In the original lawsuit, filed just days before Anna's death on February 9, 2007, Smith was named as a defendant. In the settlement as delineated online, she's not mentioned.
TrimSpa has agreed to correct errors in the labeling and advertising of TrimSpa X32 -- Anna's "signature" product -- but has not admitted any wrongdoing in the settlement. Aggrieved users can go to www.trimspasettlement.com and get a buck per bottle of X32, a free bottle of another product, and a $5 coupon for any TrimSpa product."
